.Eligibility and registration requirements for different participant categories:

Speakers: to register as a speaker, your name must appear in the GAS Analysis 2026 lecture/poster programme ↗. Co-authors cannot register as a speaker.


Academic Pass: a PDF proof of eligibility (e.g. student card, university contract) will be requested when registering in order to benefit from this rate. This category is applicable to speakers as well.

All prices are in euros (€) and exclude 10% French VAT, which must now be applied under the new French VAT regulations. French VAT applies (Article 259 A, 5° bis of the French Tax Code – place of supply: France). VAT is payable by all customers, whether in the EU or outside the EU. A VAT refund may be possible for eligible business-to-business transactions; please consult your local tax authority or accountant for guidance.

All payments must be made in Euros. Please find below the available payment methods:

  • Credit Card Online: you will be redirected to a secure banking page. VISA and Mastercard are accepted.
