In order to give you an impression what you can expect at GAS Analysis 2019, the outline of the programme of GAS Analysis 2017 is shown below. Opening and keynote speakers

Participants of GAS Analysis 2017 were welcomed by Liesbeth Jansen, chairperson of NEN Energy Policy Committee, that is also looking after the standardisation activities on analysis of gases.

After her welcome address, Rolf Brouwer, Managing Director of Gate Terminal, provided the opening speech. Gate Terminal is the first LNG import terminal of the Netherlands located at the Maasvlakte as part of the Port of Rotterdam, and they recently celebrated the opening of their third berth and new special infrastructure for the loading of small LNG vessels (read press release).

After this opening speech, Adriaan van der Veen, Chairperson of ISO/TC 158 “Analysis of gases”, demonstrated how international standards developed by this technical committee create impact by improving reliability and accuracy of results in his opening lecture.

Parallel sessions

The following sessions were scheduled, offering the participants the possibility to learn more about the latest developments related to a broad variety of topics in the field of analysis of gases. Select the sessions of your interest for the lectures and additional information.

Poster session

The GAS Analysis 2017 programme offered a dedicated poster session halfway the event. Several experts showed their research work that is considered not (yet) feasible for a lecture or is in the start-up phase. They informed international colleagues on this matter and discussed with the participants their ideas.
